Skazka

Privacy Policy

This policy describes what personal and related data Skazka Center collects, for what purposes, and on what legal basis — on the website and in our Telegram bots.

1. General Provisions

The data controller is the Skazka neuro-speech child development center (Bendery, Tiraspol). Website: cognitivaspace.com.

By using the website, submitting a request through the booking form, or continuing to interact with our Telegram bots (including the diagnostic bot), you confirm that you have read this policy and agree to the processing of your data to the extent necessary for the purposes described below.

The current version of this policy is always available at: https://cognitivaspace.com/en/privacy.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1. Website and Booking Form

  • the parent's (legal representative's) name;
  • phone number;
  • the child's age (if provided);
  • the selected branch;
  • the comment text left with the request;
  • technical browser data and cookies required for the website to function;
  • anonymized visit statistics (Yandex.Metrica).

2.2. Diagnostic Telegram Bot

When completing questionnaires through the bot, the following may be processed:

  • the Telegram chat identifier (telegram_chat_id);
  • the contact person's full name, phone number, and email;
  • the fact and time of consent to data processing;
  • answers to questionnaire questions (including information about the child that you voluntarily provide);
  • technical survey session data (status, progress);
  • the results of the response analysis (a conclusion for the specialist and materials for the parent), if such analysis is performed.

2.3. Data We Do Not Intentionally Request

We do not ask for payment details through the website or the diagnostic bot. Please do not include excessive information about third parties in your responses unless necessary.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • processing requests for consultations and bookings;
  • providing feedback by phone, email, or messaging apps;
  • conducting diagnostic questionnaires and preparing materials for specialists and parents;
  • improving the quality of our service;
  • website traffic analytics (Yandex.Metrica);
  • fulfilling requests to clarify, update, or delete data.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (the website form with a note about the policy; the "I Accept" button in the diagnostic bot) and to the extent necessary to provide the requested services.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The website uses cookies to support the session and the Yandex.Metrica counter (ID: 110412070) to analyze traffic. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties and Automated Processing

  • Data from the booking form may be transmitted to Telegram to notify the administrator.
  • Responses to diagnostic questionnaires may be processed automatically using external language models (LLMs) to prepare a draft analysis. Such requests include the questionnaire responses and the necessary contextual information; the result is stored by the controller and may be sent to you via the bot (without the internal materials intended solely for specialists).
  • Data is not sold and is not shared with advertising networks for third-party targeting.

7. Retention Period

Data is retained until the purposes of processing are achieved, consent is withdrawn, or a justified deletion request is received — unless a longer retention period is required by the center's legitimate interests or applicable law (for example, record-keeping of services provided).

8. Your Rights

You may request clarification, updating, or deletion of your data (including questionnaire responses linked to your contact information) by calling the phone numbers listed in the "Contacts" section or by writing to the email address you provided in your bot profile.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
